Michael Grand is a professional engineer who turned entrepreneur in 2012. He is a dynamic leader, courageous in the pursuit of living authentically and with integrity. As the owner and director of multiple businesses operating throughout Canada, Michael has been a proud member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for over a decade, where he has trained forums and served in multiple leadership roles at both the forum and chapter levels.
As a Professional EOS Implementer™, Michael serves as a ‘leader of leaders,’ using his developed skillset to help entrepreneurs get more of what they want out of their businesses by training their staff in business operation and systemization. His goal is to help clients navigate the EOS process and make meaningful progress toward their objectives.
Known for his ability to connect with leaders and understand their unique challenges and goals, Michael is a skilled trainer, facilitator, and coach. He has a passion for making organizations function better, whether it’s by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), facilitating team health exercises to create space for clearing and clarity, or training in managerial skills to help teams face the responsibility that leadership brings.

Steven Langer
Steven has enjoyed a rich career spanning over 15 years in both the public and private sectors as a leader and executive. He has a demonstrated experience in leading teams, creating healthy workplace cultures, and empowering staff to thrive by building capacity.
As the Founder and CEO of Well By Design, his focus is on enhancing workplace wellness. Steven believes that healthy workplace cultures lead to better productivity, increased loyalty and engagement, improved employee retention, recruitment, and reputation.
He holds a Master of Leadership and a degree in physical education and wellness, which have deepened his understanding of the unique needs of employees, executives, and organizations. His coursework in change management, organizational behavior, executive human resource management, policy development, strategic planning, and financial management brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to his role as a consultant.
To incorporate wellness into his own life, Steven enjoys connecting with nature through hikes and off-leash visits with his family and dog. He is also an enthusiast of tennis, camping, and sailing.
In his professional engagements, Steven aims to inspire and motivate individuals and organizations to prioritize their health and well-being. Each engagement is tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of the client, with the ultimate goal of moving wellness knowledge the 30cm journey from the head to the heart, where it becomes an active and vibrant part of their lives.
